The rotary kiln system of calcined lime mainly consists of three parts: preheater, rotary kiln and cooler. Preheaters and coolers are mostly vertical structures, which are widely used because of their good heat transfer effect. Rotary kiln is a rotary moving body arranged in flat shape. The material is preheated from the kiln tail preheater and fed into the kiln, where it is calcined at about 1400℃ under rolling and turning. After calcination, the material enters the cooler to cool and then exits the kiln. The rotary kiln is a typical equipment for calcining lime with high temperature and fast firing mechanism, which has the characteristics of high production capacity and wide grain size range. The rotary kiln calcining series has different production capacities from 300t/d to 1200t/d. It can be calcined by mixed gas, coke oven gas, pulverized coal, oil and other fuels. Commonly used stone size range 10-50mm.
