Sleeve kiln

The sleeve kiln is composed of a steel shell of the kiln body, a refractory lining and an upper and lower inner sleeve arranged concentrically with it. The shaft kiln is equipped with an upper and lower combustion chamber, which is evenly staggered. The combustion chamber has a refractory lining and is connected with the inner sleeve by an arch bridge made of refractory materials. The heat used for calcination of annular shaft kiln is provided by the burner, the fuel is sprayed into the combustion chamber through the burner, and the high-temperature gas generated by combustion enters the material layer through the space formed at the lower part of the arch bridge, providing heat for calcination in the kiln. The upper and lower combustion chambers divide the kiln into the upper countercurrent calcination zone, the middle countercurrent calcination zone and the lower co-current calcination zone. Through reasonable combustion structure and guided by flue gas induced draft fan, fuel can flow and burn in each belt with flue gas to achieve complete calcination of lime. Sleeve kiln series has different production capacity of 300t/d to 600t/d, can be calcined by converter gas, mixed gas, coke oven gas, oil and other fuels, commonly used stone particle size range of 30-60mm or 40-80mm.
