Shanghai Maiyao Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Sanwei New Materials Co., Ltd. signed two 600 tons per day (calcium carbide gas type) Maiz suspended cylinder lime kilns on April 16, 2022. The two lime kiln projects began to break ground on May 22, 2022. Through the efforts of both parties, the 2# lime kiln was first arranged for single commissioning and linkage commissioning. On October 12, 2023, the ignition was successfully achieved and trial production began. In line with the environmental protection regulations of the emission indicators, 1# lime kiln also through the joint efforts of both sides, on October 27, 2023, to achieve a one-time success of ignition, and began trial production and production of qualified lime products. At present, the lime kiln works well and the product quality is recognized by the market.
