The rotary stepping kiln is a vertically arranged multi-layer kiln chamber structure. The arm rake driven by the center rotating shaft rakes the materials added by the top material to the next layer layer by layer. After passing through the pre-heat belt, calcination zone and cooling zone, the kiln is calcined. According to the characteristics of the material and the needs of calcination, each belt is composed of several layers of kiln chamber, in which the calcination layer is provided with a burner to feed fuel into the kiln. Rotary stepping kiln can be used for calcining materials with particle size of 0~40mm, the production capacity of kiln series is 100~400t/d, and the applicable fuel is gas fuel and liquid fuel. According to the material characteristics and fuel conditions, the number of layers of rotary stepping kiln is mostly 11 to 19 layers.
