On August 16, 2022, Shanghai Maiyao Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Gangli Xinmin New Materials Co., Ltd. signed two coal-fired Melz parallel flow regenerative lime kilns with a daily capacity of 600 tons (2# lime kiln) and 800 tons (1# lime kiln), as well as a calcium hydroxide production line. The two lime kiln projects began to break ground on September 25, 2022. Through the efforts of both parties, the 2# lime kiln was first arranged for single commissioning and linkage commissioning. On July 21, 2023, the ignition was successfully achieved and trial production began. In line with the environmental protection regulations of the emission indicators, 1# lime kiln also through the joint efforts of both sides, on August 26, 2023, to achieve a one-time success of ignition, and began trial production and production of qualified lime products. At present, the lime kiln is running well, and the product quality is highly recognized by the market.
